System Upgrade on top of Echo Mountain Road

Good Morning
Just a note to notify you that the crew will be working on the small tank on the top of Echo Mountain Rd.  There may be interruption in service for those who live along this road for one or more hours.  I have notified through a telephone call all those who are affected.

Echo Mountain Rd. line break

We have had a line break at the top of Echo Mountain Road while repairing the reservoir. Most residents should not be affected, but a few homes on Echo Mountain Road may lose service temporarily. We are working to repair the break and restore service as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Update

Just to let you know that another leak has been identified at Echo Mountain water system. This one is less severe than the leak yesterday and has been isolated so most residents should experience increased pressure soon. For those affected by this leak, the repair is expected to be completed by 3pm.

Another outage

We repaired the broken mainline on Pony Trail yesterday afternoon, but we are receiving reports of low pressure today so it appears there is another issue at Echo Mountain Water System. We are presently assessing the situation and apologize for this inconvenience.

Maintenance Service Interruption Today

Just wanted to post a reminder for those of you who received bright yellow notices at Echo Mountain Water System yesterday that we will be doing some repair work today on parts of N Yodel Ln and N Echo Place, so please be prepared for service interruptions.

Notice of positive coliform test at Riverbend Water System

For our Riverbend customers:  Though the August 2, 2011 water test came back with a positive for one lone coliform, we are happy to report that all nine subsequent tests came back negative.  Your water is safe to drink and is in compliance with all standards set forth by the Oregon Health Authority.
